This week will be my first week on the Fat Diminisher “diet” with Wesley Virgin….
So far I read the Fat Diminisher book and I like what I’m reading. Matter of fact, it all makes a bunch of sense. The ebook itself was an easy read and the process of losing weight is laid out in a way that you can easily follow it. This weekend I tried a few of the weight loss smoothies/concoctions and they taste great. My energy level has been quite high, considering it is a cold, wet, lazy holiday weekend. Something in the smoothies must be to blame, haha! I look forward to eating and making the other weight loss smoothie recipes that Wes shares. It’s all so easy that it makes me a bit skeptical, but I have a brother who is doing a similar lifestyle change and it made me rethink all that I know about diets and losing weight. It’s not as simple as “eat veggies, cut calories and exercise.” Wes Virgin really breaks it down as to what we’re missing between the links that we know and why our bestie seems to drop weight with ease and we are still struggling with a measly first 5 lbs!
What I love about Fat Diminisher
The coolest thing I like about this is that you get more than enough food, everything is catered to your taste and you get to eat the food you love to eat!
Anyway, at the price that Wes is asking, it’s worth the buy to at least know what you’re doing wrong and what others won’t tell you. Believe me, if you knew the simple science behind weight loss, you would be so mad! I’ve been in fitness clubs, taken fitness coach classes and I have my own fitness group online. What Wes has shared in his ebook is something I never knew and nobody every bothered to tell me. He also has a free support page that accompanies the ebook and there are a few real-life testimonies from several people who bought the program.
